Delete your account & data

Submit a request below to permanently delete your Auto ISP Billing account, mobile app data and the personal information we hold about you. This page complies with the Google Play data deletion requirement and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active systems within 7 working days:

Heads-up: deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to past invoices and complaint history. If you only want to stop receiving notifications, ask your ISP to mark you "Opted out" instead.

Submit deletion request

Fill the form below. We will email you within 1 working day to verify your identity (so nobody else can request deletion of your account), then process the deletion within 7 working days.

Prefer email or in-app?

You can also request deletion through any of these channels — all routes reach the same support team:

  • Email: support@autoispbilling.com — include your full name, registered mobile and customer ID.
  • WhatsApp: +91 91832 18114 — message "Delete my account" with your customer ID.
  • Inside the mobile app: tap More → Contact Us and call or email your ISP directly. Ask them to raise an "account deletion" ticket on your behalf.
  • By post: Auto ISP Billing, Data Protection Officer, Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, India.

What happens after you submit

  1. You receive an automated confirmation email immediately.
  2. Within 1 working day, our support team emails you a verification link.
  3. Once verified, your account is deleted within 7 working days.
  4. Anonymised financial records (invoices and payments) are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law — these contain no personally identifiable information after deletion.
  5. You receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
